Public Safety

At PMC, our commitment to providing a workplace that protects the health and safety of our employees, contractors and the communities surrounding our pipelines and facilities is critical to the success of our business.

According to the Canadian Energy Pipeline Association, damage caused by third-party excavation around pipelines is one of the most common causes of pipeline damage however, it is entirely avoidable. By providing critical safety information to the excavating community, developers, and municipal works departments, as well as individual contractors and landowners, our goal is to achieve zero third party line strikes.
