The Basics

The Plains Summer Internship Program offers first-year university students the inside track on a great career in the energy sector. For three summers you'll get the chance to work and learn in a variety of areas within Plains Midstream Canada's different business groups - Crude Oil and Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). And in addition to a great summer job you can rely on throughout your post-secondary studies, you'll have a head start on securing a full-time role once you've graduated.

Who's Eligible

Students pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business or Engineering and are working towards completing their first year of studies are eligible. Summer Interns must be able to commit to a 3.5-month to 4-month summer work term to be considered for the program.

Students in their second or third year of studies are not eligible for entry into the program.
